Despite some of the highest concentrations of wealth ever created in the history, Silicon Valley is home to a large number of struggling families, disadvantaged communities, and homeless.  Due to rising inflation and cost of living, the hardship has been growing rapidly, especially among Low income, the disabled, working poor, and the elderly.  An affordable home to live or raise a family have become an increasingly fading dream for them.

 

0Commute has taken a pledge to do its part in helping these communities. One third of our homes are developed specifically for low income families facing financial, health, or any other hardships. We welcome individuals and families of all race, color and gender, including homeless, those facing critical medical condition, or elderly without any income.  We work closely with government programs such as Choice, and non profit organizations in Silicon Valley towards this cause. So far, we have helped several dozens individuals and families in finding a place to live.
